Degraves

Hi V .. The lanes in Melbourne have become quite the tourist attraction.  This one just off Degraves Street seems to have become the spot for local workers to stop for a break.  It's not the Ritz but it certainly does have impact ... Cheers J.  Contributed to Mural Monday.

  1. Lots of very busy people there! Aren't creative people fascinating? Nice photo...but I don't know if I would want to eat my lunch there with all those trash bins!

  6. Street artists will find their canvases. It sounds like the lanes of Melbourne are where it's at now. Love the shot. It's the ambiguity that is so darn appealing. Thanks for continuing to participate in Monday Mural.

  9. Love what you've done with this shot Joe, there's not much space left on that wall, I guess then it'll be painting or tagging on top of each other. It's great that they're making these otherwise unused spaces a lot more interesting.

  10. I have renewed my collection of murals. I must post again this week. The difficulty with murals is to make the shot 'interesting'. You have done so with this one. The processing is a knock-out.

  11. I agree with Julie. You've resisted the temptation to simply reproduce someone else's art and you've added your own artistic twist. Nice job Joe.
