Skywatch - Pelican Airways

Ladies and gentlemen, as we start our descent, please make sure your seat backs and tray tables are in their full upright position. Make your sure your seat belt is securely fastened and all carry-on luggage is stowed underneath the seat in front of you or in the overhead bins.  Please turn off all electronic devices until we are safely parked at the gate. Thank you. Shared with Skywatch Friday.

  3. Brilliant Joe, I would die (not literally!) for a shot like this. I haven't even managed to get a pelican in flight yet, never mind coming in for a landing!

  6. Pelicans around here are hard to photograph as they are quite shy. They are beautiful in the air. Fine shot.
