PIXEL BUILDING, QUEENSBERRY ST, CARLTON

The Pixel Building in Queensburry Street, Carlton may not be the prettiest building but it sure is one of the most colourful. It was the first building in Australia to achieve a perfect Green Star score.  "A Green Icon".

  2. What a "strange" and colourful building, never seen something like this before.

  5. It's a great splash of colour on the city-scape .... I'm wondering if it's lit by night?

  6. Oh, I love this one! The colors give the remainder of the scene a monochrome appearance. This is a very interesting building.

  7. Hmm. With things like this I immediately wonder who will wash it when it gets grubby. (As in buildings with high ceilings - I wonder about changing the light bulbs.)

  8. Looks like the Pixel building is lending its colours to the new Skyscraper in the background, Joe.
