AUSTRALIAN TURKISH FRIENDSHIP MEMORIAL


The Australian Turkish Friendship Memorial sculpted in the form of a wreath by Matthew Harding for the Anzac centenary in the Kings Domain Gardens.  The two seed pods commemorate Gallipoli's Lone Pine and the Australian casuarina tree.

    Very unusual. I like sculptures better that are easy to see and understand.
