Lovers of the Hopetoun Tea Rooms will be thrilled to learn that they are opening a new space in the Block Arcade. If this new addition is anything like their existing triumph it will be easily spotted by the delicious pastries in the window and the mouth watering expressions on the faces of the people patiently waiting in line. I don't think i have ever been to a tea room. But tasty pastries sounds nice.
