With a whispering wind in her sail the SeaDream glided beyond the dark water into a stairway cast by a silver moon. Tonight the sun would spend as many hours below as it did above the horizon. Inexorably, it had returned to that invisible line and the equinox was upon us. Our faces painted with a reflected glow, the sea and the wind nudged us forward. Ahead all was calm. Behind the turmoils of the day swirled away, lost in a glistening wake.
