Rippon Lea Mansion
Hi V ... Rippon Lea Mansion is one of the last grand suburban estates. It is located in Elsternwick only 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD. It is one of my favourite heritage listed houses. The above photograph is of the rear of the house. It is set among sweeping lawns, a tranquil lake complete with grotto and magnificent trees to provide cooling shade from the hot summer sun. A great place to relax on a hot summers day. Ciao J.
