THE MOOMBA PARADE


The Moomba Parade, a procession of people, bands, cultural groups and decorative floats has been a feature of the Moomba Festival since its inception in 1955. For the first time in our memory it ran along St Kilda Road from The Shrine to Southbank Boulevard.  The changed route caught many unaware and as you can see it was all about finding that last minute vantage point.  Bon Vivant Mr & Mrs J.     So much fun to capture the parade watchers instead of the parade. The kids on the tree limb is fun.
