ANZAC DAY PRELUDE

As a prelude to ANZAC Day tomorrow I've created this composite photo.  It blends a photo of a sculpture of Edward "Weary" Dunlop by Peter Corlett from the Domain Gardens and a photo of Autumn leaves.  "Weary" (12 July 1907 - 2 July 1993) was an Australian Surgeon who was renowned for his leadership while being held prisoner in WWII. The nickname "Weary" was a reference to his last name from the colloquialism "tired like a Dunlop tyre".  (Source: Wikipedia).
