Yes, we cut our tree into four pieces and hauled it out! Out with the cookies, the cakes, the chocolate, wine and cheese! Uh, not so fast... Epiphany is Monday and I will make a Galette des Rois... miam-miam!
*smile* Our neighbor taught me to throw out the Christmas tree by the window. Done it ever since that first year here in Vienna, when I shlepped it down the stairs and had to clean up all that needle mess. Epiphany rolls around and out flies the tree, from the third floor window. ;-) Happy New Year!
Yes Joe it really is over ... but next year we'll do it all again. Looks like it was fine-dining at it's best.
ReplyDeleteNope, still two more days to go.
ReplyDeleteI think we are just about.
ReplyDeleteYes it is over and I couldn't be more pleased Joe :)
